Services

Sumirai Solutions provides product development, software design, architecture consulting, application development, and related professional services. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or order confirmation.

Orders and Payments

Payments may be collected online for approved orders, milestones, retainers, or invoices. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. Work may begin, continue, or be delivered only after the applicable payment terms are met.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to required information, systems, approvals, and feedback.
• Confirm that materials supplied to Sumirai Solutions may be used for the project.
• Review deliverables within the agreed review period.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client after full payment for the relevant deliverable. Sumirai Solutions retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable code, know-how, templates, and internal processes used to provide the services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared for the purpose of evaluating or delivering services and to use it only for the intended business purpose.

Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, or software libraries. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, and privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sumirai Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
